Working in a team and having a successful collaboration can be especially challenging precisely because it requires many interpersonal skills such as the ability for communication, compromise, openness or discretion. To sustain the relationships at work I have to manage my own behavior and adapt myself to various situations and personalities. It can be a very good experience for any individual as he or she will always have very much to learn from working with other people. Moreover, the work usually takes a regular time each day and it is essential to be able to communicate professionally in a business environment.
